1. you have given two file one is pdf and another is ms word. whether we have to take info. from both link.
2. What is the retreats logo? or I have to use Bali Recharge logo.

Please use the copy from the shorter document. The other one simply provides background information that might be useful.

There is no logo. Either create a simple one or simply use the name Deep Impact Retreats.
