Can you guarantee the payment?

We are certainly in this process to pay a designer for their submission - please believe that! We have set up a new business and are in desperate need of a LOGO /Brand for this reason.
I have not guaranteed payment but our focus is to get a LOGO through this process.
I am also looking for Business Cards etc
