Poster Design Brief

We need a poster design for a London-based private nursing company. The service provides high quality nursing care in people's homes for all types of ailments.
The poster is to be A4 and will be put up in hospitals. We would like it to be bold and attractive but also not too busy. We would like some basic text/bullet points and a large relevant image of nursing/care.
The final design should be inviting to patients and also their families who are looking for the best care for their loved-ones.
