Web Design Brief

I am a financial planner whose client's are physicians and dentists. As physicians, there is very little time for them to do research on numerous aspects of their business and personal lives. I am looking to build a website that is a 1 stop shop for many of the services/resources they may need. It will be my job to screen the resources/advertisers and place competent people/business's that I know and have a track record on. there will ultimately be 10 or 12 ish areas that I would like to provide resources in:

disability insurance
life insurance
retirement planning
student loan advisors
employment contract and business formation attorneys
accountants
real estate agents
physician mortgages
personal loans
malpractice insurance
physician recruiters
maybe 2 other areas which I have yet to figure out.....

I would like each of these options to be able to be clicked on and a page will open up with the 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 people/business's that I have picked to represent these areas. I would like each specific person/business to have a click here to contact me link in which an email goes to the person and I am copied on the initial correspondence between the physician and the mortgage broker.... just so I can see some of the correspondence they will be receiving.

nowhere on the site do I want it to say my name. there will be certain disclosures that are needed and other wording but I think this is a good starting point.
