Web Design Brief

Hi,

I am looking for a website design for the Scottish Association of Children's Panels.

This is an organisation which helps with legal disputes and other challenges which involve children. The company want a web page which is professional but friendly. The purpose of the website is to explain what the organisation does and to give people a place where they can download documents and information.

The homepage will have a video on the page. ALSO, we would prefer the site to have a left hand navigation (not a top navigation).

I have enclosed the logo, a picture of the old (rubbish) home page and a screenshot from the video (you are welcome to change the dimensions).

Thanks for the designs so far. I promise to give feedback to every single person. In the meantime, can I just say that there's some good designs so far but I don't think anyone has nailed this yet.

So, I am uploading a screenshot called "theylikethis.jpg". This is a screenshot from a website that the client says they like.

Can I also say, it's okay to reduce the size of the video. I'm seeing a lot of massive videos.
