Logo Design Brief

The name of my sports academy is PURE Development however I will be teaching hockey and soccer to start. I need a logo that has the word PURE and Development in it where the logo can be somewhat interchangeable in between those two words.

For example:
PURE Hockey Development and PURE Soccer Development but also just PURE Development.

Not only would the words Hockey or Soccer change but a subtle change in the logo such as a hockey stick or puck when there is Hockey and for when there is soccer a soccer ball or cleat is mixed in. When it says just PURE Development, a generic athletic symbol would be nice.

I have attached a concept of what I was thinking however I am not married to the badge type symbol I have come up with.

One more thing, I want it to be as simple as possible to keep down on printing costs when I put it on jerseys, T-Shirts and hats.
