I need a logo for my company named Diapoint. Diapoint offers advocacy, consulting and products for Type 1 diabetics. Many Type 1 diabetics are children, but the target group is not children. It is healthcare providers, and sometimes parents. The company also sells pump packs like these (http://www.pumpwearinc.com) , but this is not the exclusive business. The logo should have a professional healthcare organization feel to it. Please do not use cliches - no needles, no blood drops, please not the people (i.e. the dots that make something look like a person) that are often seen in lifestyle and health logos, and please no copies of other diabetic organizations. I tried this once before and I ended up with too many logos that looked that well-known diabetic organizations. I am in search of an original design.
Updates
Dear Designers,
As stated in the debrief of the project and what I am looking for - and not looking for:
Please do not use this typical concept of a person.. Apologies I do not know how else to describe it - those dots that look like people. This is cliche of every other health and lifestyle company in the world. I am not a health and lifestyle company, nor do I consider that design original anymore.
Please check this company as an example http://www.lively.ae Their logo works very well for them... However, I am NOT looking for anything similar. Do not send logos with that style of the "person" in it. Please.
Thank you,

Hi Designers, Thank you for your work you have submitted so far. Can I please request that when you submit a design, there is no need to submit a second one that is identical with a subtle change like Italic font, or a font of a different size. I know sometimes these subtle changes make a big difference for a design, but I am very much looking for the concept first. If the design qualifies, we may fine tune any size of text before closure. Thank you.

Thank you all for your designs so far. There are only a few days left, and I really appreciate the variety I have received. As I may have mentioned, I posted this request once before and the designs I received were no where near this good of quality, so thank you for that.
Please note in the debrief - this is not a lifestyle company, so please do not use the designs with those "little people" silhouettes that are very common in lifestyle and weight loss industries. Type 1 is not about lifestyle or weight loss. It is the result of an auto immune problem where the white blood cells kill the pancreas - no amount of food avoidance will change this.
My company focuses on business consulting, patient advocacy, and offering some products (non medical) for those with Type 1.
Thank you again,

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: There are a few designers that I have requested slight modifications in their designs in order to help me make a final decision. If you have any new ideas other than what has been submitted, I would welcome those as well.
Thank you

Thank you all for your designs.. I apologize I could not give individual feedback to all toward the end of the contest.. There were many good designs, and I think you should keep those ideas for future requests.
