"The Strategy Execution Partners" (logo name) is a new "Venture Consulting" company who PARTNER with companies and startups to better execute their strategies, that is to "Transform Strategy into Results"
The final design should communicate Partnering, Strategy, Execution, Results from Serious, Honest, Trustable and Experienced Team of consultants and executives, who want to invest and take co-ownership of companies by putting in the table their Strategy Execution capabilities.
We would like to see designs that use colour BLUE, but other colours are also welcome.

In order to better understand what we need I will share with you the following text just in case can help you to fine tune your designs:
In our new company, “The Strategy Execution Partners”, we are developing a new business concept named “VENTURE CONSULTING”, that consists in the same concept of Venture Capital companies but instead of give money to customers, give them knowledge, specially their Strategy and their Strategy Management System in order to “Transform Strategy into Results”, and risk (Venture) in this process because the customers pay us in shares instead than in money (like in traditional consulting).
Let me put one real example:
2 doctors in Barcelona are the best in the world doing Tissular Regeneration using stem cell treatments. They had been working form many years ago doing research and at the same time treating patients in Barcelona. They have grown their business to a 2M euro business, and because their are doctors, they are unable to grow more, even in the case that they are technically the best of the world, and they have a jewel in their company. The current value of this business for an investor is 1-2 million euros.
We have done for them a new Strategy Plan in which we will multiply per 20 the number of patients they will treat per year (thanks to a new commercial plan, and a new use of the web, an alliances with other doctors, and focusing in having top sports players coming to be treated, etc…..), plus to create a Biological Lab to culture the cells they need to their treatments, plus a Stem Cell Bank, plus a new doctors office in Madrid, plus plus plus…..that transform this 2M company in a 70M euro company in 4 years with a market value of more than 200 M euros!!! Also to help them we will Execute all the initiatives needed to do this transformation (new commercial plan, new processes, new web, new Lab, Research pal, etc…) and at the same time, we will help them to manage the company. In this case I will be the CEO and my team will the the CMO, the CFO, the COO, etc…and the doctors will focus in treat patients and we will be focus in manage the company. Finally, because some investments are needed, we also will find an investor who will put money in the company.
To do this, I will take 33% of the shares of the company in order to PARTNER with them, and I risk (venture) my investment in time and team in order we get the results we plan in our Strategy Plan, but if you do numbers the winnings if we sell the company in 4 years will be exceptional.
In this partnering I don´t know nothing about Medicine, but I´m the best in “Transforming Strategies into Results” (Strategy Execution) and manage the company in a way in which I can accelerate the growth and the path to have success.

In my opinion, some of the key values to do this are:

Regarding emotions, I believe is good to generate confidence and trust in us based in our unparalleled knowledge and professionalism using Strategy Execution methods (they put their “babies”, their companies in our hands). They have to feel that with us they will finally accomplish their dreams regarding their companies, thanks to high speed action to get growth . Also they have to see in us a trusted advisor in helping them to choose the right path to their future (strategic scenarios).
For these reasons I choose the blue as a preferred colour, as a colour in which is easier to demonstrate trust, professionalism, etc… although I´m totally open to use other colours in the logo (a colleague from you suggest us a almost dark green colour that also I like it).
