Postcard Design Brief

I want to do a Just Listed and a Just Sold Postcard for the condo community Cape Haze Resort. It will be a glossy color front and back postcard. I am attaching some images and examples of what I like.

On the sample just sold I like the big "just sold" and I like the design on the side that fades into another picture.

I like to the exterior picture entrance that then maybe fades to the pool and faded pool pic on rear


On the rear sample there is too much dead space on the addressee side. I would like to put my olivia jones logo and contact info all across the bottom.

I like the faded picture as the background for the entire rear of the card.

Maybe use the reverse photos for just Sold-- Main pool pic and faded exterior pic.

I also included tennis court, basketball court and interior shot that you may or may not use. I don't want to over crowd it.
