Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a national company based in Austin, TX called "The Research Exchange" (the name of our proprietary software model is REX). REX is an internet based utility exchange built on a social networking platform that will help the commercialization of intellectual property. We want the logo to appeal to people that are interested in technology, entrepreneurial people, younger professionals, yet have the solid feel of an established, safe environment where intellectual property exchange can take place.

Customers of our company will include research scientists, engineers, venture capitalists and other investors, corporate R&D departments, and University offices of technology transfer.
