1. We mean that we are focused on providing the best housing for the local community. We are developers that aim to further strengthen the fabric of the community.
2. We focus on Harlem, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.

Hi,

A developer takes a piece of real estate and make the necessary changes to it for it to reflect his/her business objective. This means the property could be bought, fixed up, and then sold immediately; it could be completely demolished and rebuilt; once built it can be sold but also can be held and rented out. For us, we work the government to develop buildings to be affordable for the community. We want our business to be attractive to potential investors who would want to invest their money into buying these buildings that we develop.

I realized I didn''t answer one of your questions. We don''t do the construction ourselves, we hire a construction company and we work with them to develop the building the way we want.
