Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new taproom in Denver, CO. The theme is a "pour your own" system, where customers can pour their own beer and get charged by the ounce. We would like to have a design that we can eventually put as a sign on the outside of the bar, as well as a design where the city name could POSSIBLY be incorporated if we expand to other cities.
