Banner Ad Design Brief

I am an employment lawyer who represents individual employees. I currently have a banner ad on sites focused on individual employment rights, like WorkplaceFairness.org and MyEmploymentLawyer.com. I am looking for an ad that incorporates best practices for promoting a professional service.

I am attaching a couple of existing ads that I want to replace. The new ad should be the same dimension as the attached. The old ad is a friend helped with, and focuses on my great credentials.

I have read that people looking for lawyers care a less about credentials, and more about whether the lawyer can protect them. It should also have a call to action, being to call or email me. Therefore, the ad should say something like "call [me/Neil] to protect your [job/employment/rights/etc],"
