Do you want us to completely copy the design and just make it neat and digitalized or do
you want some transition of style, etc..

We want something cleaner and more agressive. Nothing cartoonish.

so you want some realistic painting style? i'm planning to make a sharp and clean gradient style.

We are looking for more "emblem" or symbol. Like paragon jiu jitsu or the old Ralph Gracie lion symbol

Just notice and i believe that someone used a stock photo in your logo that is being sold by the other designer http://www.dreamstime.com/stock-images-vector-image-fox-white-background-image36201214 its illegal and the said winning designer has been terminated for posting pirated design NOT read and understood following the Designers Rules - Logo designs should not include third party stock or vector components - kindly look into it.
