I need a logo/look to says:

- Trust me
- I can save you money
- this is about apartments/house/estate

I prefer an iconic image, and perhaps integrating the name "Bolig Broker"

I am looking for conservative colors like different shades of blue and grey, perhaps with a point of red/orange, to give it a little edge.
