Hi, I am interested in the project , but don't you think it will be comfortable and easy to use wordpress ? The wp-admin panel is user friendly and you can edit , upload and alter content and text easily anytime . If you are ready I will give you a wordpress responsive design with coding. However you will need to increase the amount if you also need coding , because good designs with coding has to be more than the amount you are offering to the winner .
