Illustration Design Brief

We are starting a nonprofit company. Selling clothes where donations go to children in need around the world

I want a Chinese lion, very much like the first image. I want to keep that style of lion with the wavy proud hair, the strong growling face looking left and up at the sky with defiance, four stalky strong feet placed firmly on the ground, strong wavy tail, Dark Red(similar to image 1 just not as orange), collar redesign, not as cartoon looking, and no Ball.
I would also like a silhouette(like image 2) of the same lion you design, next to the lion. Any questions just ask.

Must have

• I basically want image #1red lion, that same style, redesigned to be less coloring book like and with no ball, and all four feet planted on the ground. So a more modern sleek look.
  So keeping the:
  Dark red, strong, stern, proud, powerful, strong fierce rawr face, wavy hair, four feet on ground, stalky.
  

Should not have

• No ball/playful puppy look
