I paid for two upgrades at the time of check out but I don't see that reflected in the price. I picked for you to hand select 5 designers for my project and for you to give me a ico file at the completion of my project. Did these options get paid for?

Bluehost had some server issues today (meaning the server hosting my site crashed and they had to reload it from backup). It is back up.
