Brochure Design Brief
I am a Real Estate Agent who is looking for a SOLD brochure design that looks simple, sharp, classy and elegant. Over the years, I have created a business image for myself that has helped me sell a lot of top end properties with great results. "Happy Helen, Happy Seller" is my logo and the message that I consistently portray to my clients in my area.
I am after a double-sided brochure. On the front I would like a photo of the SOLD property with a watermark "not just sold....sold for a premium". It will also have my company logo, with personal profile photo and personal logo - "Happy Helen, Happy Seller".
On the back, I would like the client testimonial letter and the client sold photo - as well as my personal logo once again - "Happy Helen, Happy Seller".
If you could exercise your artistic imagination as a designer and create something classy and extraordinary.
Please see attached samples of work created previously and feel free to come up with new ideas or improvements.
