Project description
Every year, HCSS hosts a popular users group meeting where 800 - 1,000 of our customers attend a 3-day meeting in Houston TX to learn how to more effectively use our software, network with industry peers, and provide feedback on future changes to the software. 2013 will be our 24th annual meeting.
Each year we mail out a 24-page brochure describing the upcoming User's Group Meetings (UGM). Our brochure is almost complete, but we need a creative professional cover and back-cover design for the brochure. The goal of the brochure is to get our customers excited about next year's UGMs, and to sell out the events.
Theme - the theme of this year's meeting is "Getting the Most Out of Your Software." It's not a complicated theme, but it is our main goal. Many of our customers have learned and implemented only 10 - 25% of the full capability of the software, so they take time each year to attend the UGMs to learn more about the software so they can get better at their jobs.
HCSS Brand personality traits - Innovative, market leader, competent, professional, masculine, friendly, and helpful. We've been in business for 27 years, and we are known for our world-class customer support and friendly helpful employees.
Updates
We like some of the submissions coming in, but we need to make sure that people know what the event is. It needs to be very clear (i.e. probably larger) that this is our 2013 User's Group Meeting, and the theme of this year's meeting "Getting the Most Out of Your Software" needs to be prominent. The meeting name, theme, and our company logo should be prominent. The logo for the UGM with the state of Texas is not something we need to heavily promote, and it should either be small or on the back page.

The theme, Educate, Innovate, and Collaborate was last year's meeting theme and it should not be used in this year's brochure. The theme for the 2013 meeting is "Getting the Most Out of Your Software."
