Wordpress Design Brief

Restart has been in business for a long time and needs to start a new era. Additional to other changes being made in the business itself, Restart needs an overhaul of its entire branding. PART 1 is COMPLETE - we have our new logo!

Next step... new website! That's where you come in.

Restart provides a range of computer related services including computer maintenance, networking, sales & cloud services. We provide onsite (field) and remote support. Our customers range from homes to companies with 100+ computers. We pride ourselves on clear and honest communication.

We are a small business but want a professional yet easy-going look that shows the 'cool' side of having your computer system cared for. The website should exude trustworthiness and professionalism but still get comments like 'modern' and 'smart design'. We want our customers to feel that choosing any other company to maintain their system would be a 'geeky' choice.

We like clear thinking so an uncluttered, well organised structure is appreciated. Obvious references to calling or emailing us would be good so people dont need to search around for our contact details.

We look after both Apple & Microsoft operating systems so there needs to be universal appeal rather than a look associated with only one of these two brands.

We want to wow our current clients but also attract new ones so a focus on SEO is a must. And a focus on social media too with links/feeds to Facebook, twitter and LinkedIn!

**Breathe new life into Restart's online presence!**

(We do have a separate website www.mystartpage.com.au that we set as the homepage for our clients - we like how it is but it might need freshening up to match our new site. We will also want our facebook page totally made over. You'll probably have other suggestions of things we should be doing. We want to form an ongoing relationship with the right designer!)

(Also, we are open to suggestions regarding the logo size and colour)
