We need a web page for a new medical billing business for prospective clients to go to to get information about our company. It needs to show what our company stands for and our billing rates. Our colors are blue, gray and white. I have attached our logo, brochure and mission statement.
Need tabs at top for "about us", "contact us" "specials". On contact page, need a form to fill out that will be automatically emailed to us upon completion.
