Postcard Design Brief

I'm a licensed REALTOR® with Realty Executives in East Tennessee specializing in residential real estate. I want to design a postcard that I can send to potential clients like for sale by owners and expired listings. I originally wanted to design 2 cards, but everything would be almost exact except for 1-2 sentences. I want to pinpoint my attributes and have a postcard that will catch client's eyes. I am applying my business logo and my profile picture. I am waiting on an updated photo from the photographer that I would prefer to use instead, but I also wanted to get started on this project.
