We are a multifamily organization that owns and manages apartment communities. We are looking to create a logo or image that highlights our renewals, which we are calling "Renewalversary". Not just a renewal or an anniversary, but a renewalversary. We are open to ideas and suggestions for both the name and design.

Just to add to the brief. Think of like a birthday or anniversary celebration when you are creating these designs.  We're looking for something that could be a logo but also could be used as like a picture to represent a Renewalversary.  You can include pictures or graphics or fun typography.  We are open to creative ideas and playful colors.
