We like your project, but the amount is not enough for the total project. Based on your description, you'll need a dynamic CMS website, to enable you make changes on contents and photos. You'll also need a database for this project. You also have about 6 pages to be designed and developed, and maybe more pages might come up during development to enable links.

If this is the case, how much are you paying for design, and how much are you paying for coding/development?

It is a fully operation CMS (Content Management System) that I created on the Codeigniter framework.

If you want to edit the text, please go to sydney.ezpublisher.org/login
(View my submission's description for login details)

Once you are logged in, you can click the edit button and edit the text on the pages.

The contact page is fully functional, it puts all the contact's information into a database, and send the information in an email of your choice.

Why does the content have to be relevant to your business? The point of this is to come up with the design...we insert dummy text and once you have a design you like, you change the content to be what you want it to be.

Also, the beauty of my design is that you can easily edit the text yourself by logging in (see the design description), as it is a dynamic CMS that I hand coded.

Hi Paul. Thanks for the comment. I am not referring to the written contect, i am referring to designs which contain links to 8 pages, lending calculators, search fields, blogs, newsletter, etc, that this site will not have. The sites look great but when you strip away the components that I do not need then it may not look half as good. Its as though it is another business''s website with my logo inserted as it does not follow the brief. Your design does follow the brief so thankyou for that. It would be good to see a few pictures, etc as it looks a little flat at the moment. Thanks, Dan
