Banner Ad Design Brief

We need some banner ads for our home business opportunity, we are evolving from text to picture ads. I have added some examples of what other distributors are using. We are looking for something really eye catching with some good key words and nice bright colours and to include our photo (attached)
Key words to include:
Booming online business
Personal Development and Leadership Industry
Earn an executive income from home
Simple 3 step system
Make up to $5,000 per sale
Not MLM
The size needs to be: 1000 x 35 pixels
13.9 x 4.75 Inches
35.3 x 11.1 cm
I think different platforms accept different sizes, not too familiar with it yet, any guidance welcome. I've clicked project for 2 days if that is to prioritise the order?
