Logo Design Brief
The logo (Calmology) will be used for branding a range of products in bottles and jars of oils and creams. It will be used for a brand new website and for brochures etc. The jars/bottles will either be dark brown (amber) or cobalt blue plastic or glass. The products are derived from unique essential oils and herbal extracts.
These products will be used by advocacy groups, aged care facilities, sometimes hospitals, and for online sale.
The design needs to project a professional, somewhat clinical, caring and natural approach to reducing agitation without any "hippie" or "new age" flavour. It needs to be a bold, simplistic logo as some of the bottles are small, and it will need to look good in mono/sepia also for the website.
There is an opportunity to use different colours for different formulas :- Formula 1) reducing obsessive behaviour and general agitation Formula 2) reducing depression/sadness Formula 3) zesty wake up formula for general fatigue Formula 4) night-time or sleep calm
Updates
The packaging is going to be brown bottles/jars, no blue.
As I have had time to evaluate some of the lovely work, my preference is towards turquoise and bright green incorporated in some way.
Also have wondered if there is anyway that a mosaic can be incorporated.
