yes the name is "epices de la vie" and you could use the name as the text logo

Hi there Ben, thank you very much for the invitation, I'd love to help with this project, i just wanted to ask if you had any preference with the colours of the logo. I was thinking of going with earthy colours like oranges and browns to fit with the context of the logo but are there any colours you would like included/not included in the design?
