Tattoo Design Brief

I am getting yet another tattoo on my forearm and really always look outside the box to find new and unique artists. normally i travel the world and get the artist to tattoo what they want. now I am intersted in another approach, and just leave the door open to a technical avenue like this contest. Its a tattoo so I dont want anything cartoony, and I like details, so shading is key, can be b/w or color, I am pretty open.
