Logo Design Brief

We are 3 thai ladies who want to start a small thai restaurant in Singapore.
The restaurant will be specialising in Sum Tom (papaya salad) but we will of course have other thai food.
We need a logo that has the name of our restaurant "Zap x 3".
Zap means delicious in Thai and we want to have a logo that reflects:
1) that our food is Thai;
2) the food is delicious!;
3) it's open by the three of us ladies!

The logo also should incorporate into the design a thai pestle and mortar which is essential for making Sum Tom.
For anyone who does not know how a thai pestle and mortar looks like, i have uploaded a file but feel free to use a stylised graphic or other image of the thai pestle and mortar.
