Logo Design Brief

We need an original logo design for a new company called "RxBOTANIX". We produce organic pharmaceutical-grade botanical remedies, which are healthy, safe alternatives to harsh and addictive OTC medicines. Our tagline is “prescription-strength remedies from nature”. We are managed by Ivy League executives and are being incubated then spun off a 30-year old premier aloe-based business that has used traditional package and logo design with its core focus on its topical products. Our initial product is ALOE REMEDY and our subsequent products would be both aloe product line extensions and introductions of other botanical remedy alternatives to OTC drugs. THE FINAL RxBOTANIX DESIGN SHOULD COMMUNICATE SERIOUS SCIENTIFIC OR MEDICAL LAB QUALITY WITH AN EMPHASIS ON BOTANICALS, WITH A CLEAN MODERN FEEL. (ALL CAPS except x preferred but we defer to designers). WE ARE SEEKING AN ORIGINAL CUTTING EDGE LOGO DESIGN AND NOT AN IMAGE FROM EXISTING LOGO CREATOR PROGRAMS. This product will be used in clinical trials with preeminent physicians and are planning major television launch and PR campaigns. There will be follow-on work. We'd like a recognizable iconic simple logo symbol that could also stand alone. PLEASE SEE 2014 DIELINE AWARDS FOR LOGO INSPIRATION, E.G LILY LOLO (but with cutout cross inside small geometric flower). Our initial and flagship focus will be aloe products exclusively from the potent Aloe Barbadensis Miller plant. We are open to any modern color combination using some shade of green, perhaps aloe gray/green, to emphasize the botanical origins of the products. We would like to incorporate some part of the RxBOTANIX logo within the logos of all product logos.) We like geometric-looking leaf designs.We plan to use Kelly green, amber or deep blue clear plastic jars, to coordinate with logos, for our apothecary-like products. To summarize, this initial project is for RxBOTANIX, prescription-strength remedies from nature. Would like to see logo designs both with and without the tagline “prescription-strength remedies from nature”. To provide some insight to our company, our initial product, ALOE REMEDY, is a highly concentrated granulated aloe powder, which can be mixed with any beverage. Our aloe is processed at peak potency, under the direction of experienced medical experts, to provide the profound benefits of this amazing plant in a convenient powder. This product would initially be marketed to moms as an alternative to harsh laxatives & antacids, especially moms whose autistic children typically suffer from severe gastrointestinal disorders. Our pure concentrated pharmaceutical-grade aloe product has dramatically helped many autistic children, and is currently used to treat patients of a world-renown autism doctor, with impressive results and valuable endorsement. The potential for the general population is significant as ALOE REMEDY heals the gut from within rather than treating symptoms and causing dependence. ALOE REMEDY would also be marketed for its remarkable benefits for countless conditions (autoimmunity, weight loss, inflammation, bacteria, fungal, viral issues, vitamin absorption etc.) and as a general health tonic.
