I am expecting a single-sided business card. The name of the company is Academy of Medical Informatives, LLC. It is a Medical Physics consulting business. Please don't confuse the profession with physical therapy, which is a common mistake a lot of people tend to make. The business card will also need to contain a name, a title, a phone number and an email address. There will be no address, fax and website information needed. Thank you!
