Web Design Brief

We are going to do a therapy template to a psychologist. The site already exists, adress: www.psicoabc.net. So, its a total redesign job. I'm from Brazil, the language is PT-BR, so I'm gonna translate what you think be necessary. You can use the current structure from the website as a base to the new design. Requirements

Must have

• We need a modern menu, it should use a cool font style and make some kind of effect and little noise when the user pass over with the mouse (FLASH/HTML 5). The main page must emphasize the fact that we offer online treatment, like a picture or frame saying "Online Treatment, click here". It must also show the therapist picture and her name. The colors need to pass a tranquility feeling. The clinic telephone must always be present, doesn't matter which page the user is. The website must adapt to any resolution above 1024x768, crossbrowsing and accept javascript (I'll use www.bookeo.com, so its necessary embed code)

Nice to have

• I would appreciate if there was some kind of slow background animation, passing behind the text using the transparency.

Should not have

• Can't take too long to load, and won't have news or blog
