Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for Alarm Contractor Southeast (ACS). We will be going by ACS. The slogan is "Protecting the Southeast." The company is based in Birmingham, AL and will spread through the Southeast beginning with Alabama and Florida. The company will establish itself by installing, inspecting, and monitoring fire alarm systems, electronic security systems, CCTV, and access control systems. We would like to keep the color scheme bold, using dark reds, black, and accents of yellow/gold and orange. The logo needs to be on a white background and able to be converted to all white on a black background.
