Logo Design Brief
We require a logo design for a new Residential Property Management business based in Sydney called "MJK Property Management". This boutique business provides property management services to landlords who own prestige properties (Median Rent ~$1200 per week) in and around the Sydney CBD and the lower North Shore, many with harbour views. The primary activity of the business is presenting properties to the high-end residential rental market to attract tenants and secure a lease, in addition to acting on behalf of the landlord and dealing with any day-to-day issues that may arise relating to the property (e.g. minor maintenance). We are quite open to any design suggestions, however the final design should communicate professionalism, trust/reliability and class to resonate with the clientele of the business looking for someone to manage their high-value property assets on their behalf.
