Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "must be very glossy red".

"Glossy" would normally be associated with a special treatment when printed on business cards etc. - which can't really be replicated on a computer screen.

Or are you referring to the shade of colour? - if so, is it possible to post the RGB or Hex values of the colours that you are aiming for (also for the grey). I think this is an option at your end? as I have seen other competitions that show colour swatches.

This would at least give all designers a good starting reference, and you won't have to put up with designers posting irrelevant designs.
