Resume Design Brief

I have a resume but it looks extremely boring, what I need is an amazing layout of my resume (which I can edit). It is for a senior IT management customer.

Overall I need a design for the actual resume and some design that can be used to bind it, like a top/back page or something similar to that.

The resume is for a serious job application so it should look great to IT executives but also HR and Staffing people.
