Classes and workshops to energize your body, mind, and spirit.

I am looking for something that can be posted on boards, left on office coffee tables, and handed out... Maybe something that can be scaled for multiple purposes.

No one really knows what Spirit Groove is so I want to explain it and how it can help them...

I don't have a logo but have been using www.letyourbodygroove.com as my website. Unfortunately I have not been able to update it since mobile me was discontinued but I hope to soon!!

I've just submitted my project. If there is any suggestion feedback it and I will try to improve it.
