We need a logo for our company, YourTalentAgents.com. We are a unique type of recruiting agency that represents IT professionals, as their agents, to clients and other firms looking to fill jobs. We are looking for a logo that is fun (but not gimmicky) and modern. We want to avoid the stodgy, stuffy, overly professional atmosphere that typical recruiting firms currently have. We'd like to see designs that use the entire name "YourTalentAgents.com". We'd also like a smaller icon featuring just the letters "YTA" that matches the logo to be used when the full logo would not be appropriate (think the full Facebook logo vs. the Facebook "f" icon). There is also the possibility for additional work down the line for the best logo.

- For the lettering of the full logo, we'd like to have some type of block lettering similar to the Hollywood Sign. However, we do not necessarily want a recreation of the Hollywood Sign, nor do we want the viewer to automatically think of the sign when they see our logo. Additionally, for color, we'd like something vibrant, ideally using two to three colors. We are partial to green and blue but are very open to other colors that you feel look good together.
Please keep in mind that this logo is 100% intended to attract job seekers; we do not care about impressing corporate clients or recruiting agencies. Our entire web strategy/website will have a web 3.0/social media feel. Think: What would you want to see coming to our site if you were looking for a job?
