Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for use in our website (arcvendingpr.com)], fb page (healthy vending puerto rico), polo shirts (we use mostly dark colors: black, grey). Also on business cards, stickers with contact info.
We do vending machines focusing on healthier choices (pita chips, protein bars, juices) as well as traditional choices (Cheetos, Doritos, Coca Cola). We use modern vending machines with remote monitoring, credit card acceptors and bill recyclers.
