Logo Design Brief

we are a new web developer company in Mexico called "CodeFire" that creates Software as a service.
We want to communicate tech and IT. We like concepts as four elements (earth, wind, water, fire), we also like the fire extinguisher Japanese kanji for fire but doest like "K" letter, we want to see it clearly if it's small, and finally we are looking for a singular logo as a concept no letters or words, that's represent our feeling creating software and when the people see it could identify our company. We like to include company name but we need a logo concept, must be separeted logo and company name.
