You need to go to Art Tank's profile page, and click "hire this designer"
Otherwise, you'll just continue to open new contests with no guarantee that Art Tank will even see it.

I apologize, I personally asked the project owner to make the project public so the designs I will be submitting can be shown on my portfolio, If you have any suggestions on how to make a design in a private project appear in a portfolio please let me know. :)
