Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Victoria, Australia called Harbour Software. We develop innovative web and mobile applications for document management. Our 2 main applications are named Docs On Tap and Doc Assembler. The company name is a play on words - i.e. document - doc - dock. We would like a logo that uses the harbour idea in a clever way e.g. utilising an anchor, dock, harbour (bay), sailing ship or something similar. We do not have a set idea in mind so there is plenty of scope for creative ideas. The play on words with documents could possibly also be incorporated - although this is not mandatory. We want to be able to use the logo design on our website - so an "extended" logo suitable for a banner would also be great.
