Web Design Brief

Looking for a highly motivated and skillfull designer to design and code me a "we Buy Houses" type website. I have a potential logo, but if you think you can make a BETTER one, please do try and incorporate it in your template. I am looking for creativity, professionalism, simple yet elegant. I will need a simple form on the front of the template along with pictures I provide you of recent houses I have bought. Look at these sites for examples of the layout of the website:

I have uploaded some pictures of houses that we have done, please feel free to incorporate this into the banner or the design, etc. I want them to know we buy houses in ANY condition, as is, cash, can close immediately so they can get on with their life.
