Logo Design Brief

I want a logo for my law office located in Miami called "Penichet Law." I want like to use the tag line "Litigators and Counselors at Law" in the logo. I would also like to incorporate the use of a circle, which does not have to be completely closed. It can also look like a brush stroke and can be in two colors. I am leaning towards red and black for the colors of the logo.
