Icon Design Brief

We need an icon for a new iOS app. The app recognizes text from the live camera images and lets users takes quick notes of names, addresses, numbers, etc.
The app is for iOS7, so the new iOS icon style applies (less texture, flatter, more subtle gradients).
The icon design should communicate simplicity and speed.
