Brochure Design Brief

Hi Crowders! Our advertising portal, which focus on the new launches property, needs an online brochure to promote to potential advertisers the benefits of advertising their projects with us. These advertisers will be mainly real estate developers and agencies.

WHAT WE LOOKING FOR
We do not want over-fanciful designs that makes the content hard to read. The use of illustrations and graphics/symbols related to covered topics are encouraged. The overall design should portrait our advertising efficiency through online and social media means. Our website - www.todaynewlaunch.sg.

For draft purposes, just do up the front page, back page, and few inner pages, preferably to include one illustration chart (either on page 7/8). Size wise probably A5 portrait or landscape, for future printing into a booklet.

WORK COMPLETION AND PAYMENT
The $500 stated here is 50% of the payment. Upon getting a desired draft design, we will need you to work on the full content with slight amendments along the way. Once done, we will be paying the balance $500, and we will need the pdf file as well as the work file.
