Sorry I don't understand the way of folding as illustrated in the image. Infographics design usually is in a one-side vertical way, as in number 4 (rotated). Then how does it fold? There is one blank side...
It is possible to create a foldable brochure/flyer with almost the same element as the infographics, but not the same design to dedicate for both digital and print purposes (even the resolution is also in big difference).

At this point we will stick with the digital copy. Would like to print in the future but first priority is digital.
