Logo Design Brief

We are a new start up business producing and marketing authentic Thai sauces. The flag ship will be a meat sauce which is like Thai BBQ sauce (but we want to get away from calling it BBQ so it does not get used only in the summer time). The range is most likely to expand into other types of sauces and eventually ready to eat Thai foods.

The products will be marketed under the brand 'Love Thai by Thai' and positioned as a premium and authentic food item. The product will be first launched in Western EU and targeting consumers who like to explore alternative foods / try exotic foods.

The aim of the product is to offer consumers real and authentic Thai foods rather than Thai style foods that you can often find in the supermarkets but in fact they are remotely Thai.

So, the final log will be selected based on the following key qualities:
1) Look and feel very premium (e.g. use of gold colour as part of the design) and very stylish.
2) Convey that it is THAI. We would like something that everyone knows immediately that it is Thai. So you may need to do research about this.
3) Give out an strong impression that it is authentic Thai (made by Thai)
4) If the shoppers can see straight away that it is related foods, it would be a + but we are also open for other choices.
5) Eye catching and stand out from the crowd of sauce bottles on the supermarket shelves.
6) If you use special colour e.g. gold, we may also need to see a version that is not gold because it is most likely that the product will be expanded into different variants/flavours of the sauces and foods.

Examples of Thai designs are attached but please only use them to give yourself some ideas as there may be copyrights attached.

***Would like to see a more abstract design e.g. only part of a Thai pattern or drawing the smell of foods (OR food flame) in to a small amount of smoke but the smoke looks Thai / drawn in Thai style.

Please see Suyara logo as an example. We do not want the logo to be similar to the letters but we love the sense of being abstract yet communicating about the brand, looks premium and easy to remember.
