2. Final output is in .PSD (photoshop) file?

1.There will be a home page, and then inner pages for each area we cover. I would also like inner pages for company history etc
2. No, final output will be coded so I can directly upload please.

Good project but budget not right for full design + coding.
It should be for mainpage + inner page PSD design only as per other projects here to enable good designers work on it.

yes - as long as it doesn't get too bogged down/heavy/slow (I'm very much a novice with all of this), but yes can work with that.
